Q: Where are you based?
A: Detroit, Michigan, so all prices are in USD!
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: I ship domestic and international orders once per week on Fridays! Any orders placed before noon on Thursday typically make it into the mail dropoff for that week. Once shipped, it really depends on your location in the US - smaller orders are shipped first class USPS and larger orders are shipped priority, so most packages arrive within 5 business days of when I drop them off at USPS. International orders vary based on current international customs and postal conditions, but I ship with GlobalPost for smaller orders, and UPS Worldwide Expedited for larger orders, so it is typically several weeks before international orders make it to their destination.
Q: My package hasn't updated it's status beyond "Accepted"/"Pre-Shipment" for over a week. Is my package lost or is something wrong with my order?
A: Your package is fine and it's still on it's way to you! I pack and deliver every order myself, and hand it off to the local post personally to guarantee that every order is shipped! The United States Postal Service has had issues with being able to deliver constant tracking updates on some orders due to the postal slowdown. The same issue occurs when using Fedex/UPS, so unfortunately using an alternate carrier is not an option.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Everything in the shop ships internationally! Larger prints have to ship as a priority package however, so they do cost more to ship internationally. International orders do typically require a signature, depending on your local law.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you place an INTERNATIONAL order, do not sign for it or do not pick it up from your local shipping facility, it will be returned to me. If you enter your shipping information incorrectly (IE: listing your street as your city, giving a false name for the address, etc.), and customs rejects it, it will be returned to me. If your package is returned to me, reshipping your package will cost $15-$30, or I can offer a partial refund minus the cost of shipping.
Q: I placed an international order, but the last update was in Chicago, IL/New York? What's going on with my order?
A: Your package was handed off to your country's international customs authority. They may have assigned it a new tracking number, and not contacted you about it, or it may still be processing.

If the package was shipped via USPS, you will need to contact your local Post Office (La Poste, Aus Post, Royal Mail, ETC.) If you do not know what your local postal service is, you can see which service last had your package by entering your tracking number here: https://www.17track.net/en
Q: Can I get your work tattooed?
A: Absolutely! I just ask that you pick up a Tattoo Flash or a print out of the store! It helps support my art, but more importantly gives your artist something accurate to work from!
