HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO

It's that time of year, so to save everyone the trouble of emailing and asking the same few questions, here's some answers:

Q: Will the package arrive by XYZ date?
A: We don't have any way to accurate estimate how your local Post Office is handling mail, and can't guarentee anything will arrive at any time. This is the worst time of year of shipping, so please be patient with your postal folks and please consider ordering sooner rather than later for your own sanity. Please double check the address provided on your order, and make sure the name and address match (especially on gifts) as to avoid any instances of 'Adressee Unknown', resulting in a Return To Sender.

Q: Can I have/purchase expedited shipping?
A: We already ship everything out as soon as humanly possible, so unfortunately not. And before you ask, we don't have a physical address so please don't ask to swing by our hole in the wall.

Q: Are there going to be any special holiday sales?
A: No - I price everything to be as affordable as possible year round, so unfortunately there isn't much wigglerooom for big sales outside of my normal bulk printing runs.

Q: My package was smashed in transit? Are the holidays ruined, or do you have a Reshipment Policy that covers damaged prints so you'll reship them ASAP?
A: I have a Reshipment Policy that covers damaged prints so I'll reship them ASAP, we just ask that if possible (ESPECIALLY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) you include photos in your email submission to [email protected] of the damaged prints so we can process the shipping insurance sooner rather than later!

Q: Do I have to get angry and loud to get proper customer service?
A: None of the folks around my studio want to fight you over any issue - we've already seen it all, and we already have solutions in place to make everything right with it ASAP. Don't sweat it - we'll handle it and make sure you get your stuff.

Q: So just order earlier rather than later, use the shipping link that I was automatically sent by your shipping software to check for any updates on my order, ask any shipping questions directly to the shipping company, and if it arrives damaged let ya know with some photos?
